• Your User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material

Prohibited Content

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose.

No right, title, or interest in or to our Services or any content on our Services is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Company name and logo are our trademarks and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Payment, Credits, and Subscriptions

Our Services use a credit-based system for certain features:

• Credit costs: Analyze Job (2 credits), CV Tailoring session (5 credits), Connection Note (1 credit), Follow-up Draft (1 credit)
• Free features: Saving jobs manually or via URL import is free
• Free credits: New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
• Credit purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
• Non-refundable: Credits are non-refundable and never expire

We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice to users. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our Services before taking effect.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality, the following usage guidelines apply:

• Automated or bulk usage of our Services (including URL import features) beyond normal personal job search use is prohibited
• Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with our Services is not permitted
• Sharing accounts or credits between multiple users is not allowed
• Reselling or redistributing credits is prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this fair use policy without refund of any remaining credits.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You use our website and Services at your own risk. Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of our Services to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court or other tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Children Under 18

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to us or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information to our Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Entire Agreement
