When you open the tailoring flow for a role, Jobio reviews the job description locally and may suggest a supported language. You can accept that suggestion or choose another option before generating, with clear guidance on whether the choice came from your settings or the role itself. A one-off change applies only to that application, so experimenting with a specific opportunity never overwrites the preferences you use everywhere else.

The output remains practical after it is generated. Jobio supports English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese for tailored documents, using appropriate headings, labels, sign-offs, and date formats in exported CVs and cover letters. Your saved preferences are recorded with each tailoring session, so returning to a previous version keeps the same document context. The interface stays in English, and you remain responsible for reviewing the final wording, but the feature removes repeated setup work when the roles you are applying for call for different languages, conventions, or levels of detail.
